What we were solving

Patients expected self-service scheduling and access to health information, while clinics needed a single place to coordinate providers, messaging, and compliance-minded data handling. Fragmented tools increased call volume and risk of inconsistent communication about care plans.

Our solution

How we approached it

We developed a patient-facing portal and supporting services for appointments, medical record access, and encrypted messaging with providers. Role-based access, session management, and PHI-aware logging align with HIPAA-style controls; provider profiles and directory experiences help patients find the right clinician quickly.
