Challenge
What we were solving
The product spans a large catalog, free and premium paths, subscriptions and one-off purchases, rich media, and reliable send, reschedule, and pickup flows. Teams needed admin and CMS capabilities that did not require engineering for every catalog or campaign change.
Our solution
How we approached it
We built a decoupled customer experience on Next.js with a versioned REST API (Laravel-style domain boundaries), token-based auth, multi-gateway payments with webhook reconciliation, queue-backed email and notifications, and operational tooling for catalog, orders, and CMS-driven pages.
